MLTI Intelligence was founded to make businesses more efficient.
Danny Pursley
Danny understands the struggle faced by small businesses that spend more time on repetitive processes than on growing their business. He started his career as the first hire at a startup commercial real estate investment firm managing a 2,800 apartment unit portfolio. When the company more than doubled in size, he was tasked with running nearly every spreadsheet process required for the business to operate.
After a while, he noticed a pattern. There were always repetitive processes that could be automated, but never enough bandwidth to address them. Growing businesses do not have massive budgets for custom software, and yet they need it just as much as anyone. Danny left to build AI-powered solutions for the CRE industry, and in doing so, became something uncommon - someone who can bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.
That experience shapes how MLTI works. Every engagement starts with understanding your needs, not pitching products. Solutions are designed around how your team actually works, and Danny stays involved until adoption succeeds. He measures success in value created, not deliverables handed off.
